Job Description:
Morgan Philips Group is seeking a Transactions Manager – Project Finance & Loan Agency to oversee an international portfolio of syndicated loan agencies, bond trustee and security agent appointments. The role is predominantly remote with a London office day every 1-2 weeks.
You will onboard, monitor, administer and report on transactions lifecycle events in line with financing agreements and internal directions. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
