Senior Legal Counsel (Automotive), UK(A208735)

We are looking for a passionate Senior Legal Counsel responsible for our UK Automotive Business in a highly dynamic and international environment. The position will be based in London, UK.

You will especially support sales and after-sales related legal matters of the automotive business of Xiaomi with your proven expertise and pragmatic, business oriented and pro-active advice. The ideal candidate may develop into a team leader role in the automotive business of UK.

Your Job:

• Legal Advice and Research on Laws, Regulations and Policies
• Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts
• Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Contract Templates
• Review of Marketing Material and Marketing Campaigns
• Communication with Regulatory Authorities
• Coordination of Disputes and Claims, including managing external counsels
• Support and Advice for sales, after-sales, finance, tax, HR and other departments
• Corporate Governance Matters
• Liaison with HQ Legal Team

Your Profile:

• Minimum 8 years of experience gained as an in-house lawyer in the automotive industry, minimum 10 years of experience in the legal field;
• Full proficiency in English;
• Strong commercial sense and pragmatism;
• Being able to prioritize and handle variable deadlines.
