Herrington Carmichael LLP is seeking an In-House Counsel to safeguard the Group’s legal and regulatory interests, with responsibility for compliance, regulatory risk, and commercial matters. The role offers autonomy, reporting to the Group General Counsel, and mentoring of the compliance team paralegal.

We expect 5+ years PQE in commercial/regulatory law, with experience in M&A and claims management being desirable. Hybrid working and a strong benefits package are provided.
