About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Juicebox, you’ll help drive our next stage of growth by partnering with mid-market and enterprise organizations to transform how they hire. You’ll own complex sales cycles from discovery through close, working with senior Talent Acquisition, People, and Recruiting leaders to solve high-impact hiring challenges.

Our go-to-market motion is highly product-led, generating thousands of inbound leads and more than 200 demo requests every month through our free trial and demo experience. You’ll focus on larger, strategic opportunities, closing £40K to £200K+ ACV deals while expanding relationships across our growing customer base of 5,000+ organizations. You’ll also work closely with our founders, product, marketing, and engineering teams to influence our go-to-market strategy and help shape the future of the business.

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, RevOps, and engineering to improve our sales motion and customer experience.

  • Share customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene while consistently managing a healthy pipeline.

  • Help shape and refine our enterprise go-to-market strategy as the company continues to scale.

You Have…

  • 5+ years of experience closing SaaS deals in a B2B environment.

  • Experience closing complex deals with annual contract values (ACVs) between £25K and £250K+.

  • A track record of consistently exceeding quota (President’s Club, Top Performer, Top 10%, MVP, or similar achievements).

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating longer, consultative sales cycles.

  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and executive communication skills.

  • A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, with the ability to work in the office five days per week.

Bonus Points If You…

  • You’ve sold to Talent Acquisition, People, HR, or Recruiting leaders.

  • You have experience in a product-led growth (PLG) sales environment.

  • You’ve worked on a small, high-performing GTM team where ownership and collaboration were critical.

  • You have experience selling AI, recruiting, or HR technology solutions.
