RBKC Careers seeks a Head of Finance and HR ICT Systems to lead the council’s digital backbone, owning Oracle Fusion and core HR/Finance platforms. Drive governance, data quality and user adoption across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement and Revenues & Benefits.

You will head a team of around 20, aligning senior stakeholders, delivering a prioritised improvement roadmap, and ensuring cyber security, testing and resilience across critical systems.
