Senior Private Client Lawyer – Partner Track & Mentoring

RG Search Ltd is seeking a Private Client Senior Associate/Partner in Berkshire. This role offers hybrid working, a varied caseload including Wills, LPAs, estate administration, trusts and Deeds of Variation, with strong client relationship management and mentoring responsibilities for junior colleagues.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years PQE in private client law, a commercial mindset, excellent organisational skills, and is progressing towards STEP qualification (advantageous).
