Sustainable Lean & Continuous Improvement Lead

Saica Group’s Warrenpoint site seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive culture change through Saica ECO programmes, supporting safety, quality and service. You will lead data–driven improvements across production, guide audits, and sustain Lean / TQM initiatives while training teams in best practices.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires coordinating cross‑functional improvement plans, mentoring staff, and communicating a clear strategic vision for operational excellence.
