UK & Ireland Food Safety Compliance Lead

Big Mamma Group is seeking a Compliance Manager to join our Operations team and support our restaurants across the UK and Ireland, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, allergen management and health & safety.

You will lead allergens management, conduct restaurant audits, and support inspections by Environmental Health Officers. The role requires travel across the UK & Ireland and collaboration with the Group Hygiene team to align local practices with global standards.
