Astute’s Power Team is partnering with a market-leading Energy company to recruit a Shift Team Leader for their energy-from-waste power station in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The role pays £74,611 plus bonus, overtime, pension and private medical benefits.
You will lead the shift operations team and ensure safe, compliant plant operation. Ideal candidates have operational experience at power stations, with NVQ Level 3 in engineering; IOSH/NEBOSH and HV SAP/AP experience are advantageous.
