Migration Delivery Lead – Customer Experience

Cirium is hiring a Migration Manager on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. You will guide customers through migrations, coordinating with Product, Technology and Support to minimise disruption and deliver measurable value. The role blends customer engagement with delivery excellence and a bias for scalable, AI-enabled processes.

You will lead complex transitions, build scalable operating models, and ensure strong governance with stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders.
