Hands-On Health & Safety Lead – SALSA Readiness & Training

Years.com – More Years Together is seeking a hands-on H&S Lead to build and embed safety systems across production, hygiene, maintenance and engineering. You’ll drive SALSA readiness and maintain APHA baseline while reporting to the CEO, collaborating with site leadership and external partners.

You will write SOPs, deliver floor training, and develop a robust training and compliance matrix with audit-ready trails. This role is grounded in practical on-floor action.
