Building Services Engineer – Mechanical Lead (On‑Site)

TSSI is seeking a Building Services Engineer (Mechanical Bias) for London-based Estates / Facilities Management. You will manage and improve mechanical building services, oversee HVac systems, boilers, AHUs, and pumps, and coordinate cross-discipline works to ensure reliability, energy efficiency, and compliance.

The role requires leadership of in-house engineers and coordination with electrical, BMS and fabric teams, with on-call duties as required to maintain critical mechanical plant.
