Studio Lead: Build a Creative Studio (Hybrid + Fridays Remote)

Sphere is seeking a Studio Lead to own the agency’s Studio function and set the creative standard across the organisation. You will lead a team of creatives, shape ideas from brief to execution, and ensure work is social-first, culturally relevant and creatively exceptional.

This role suits someone who has led creative teams or comes from a larger agency and is excited to build something new rather than fit into an existing structure.
