Founders’ Executive Assistant – High-Impact, Fast-Paced

Conduct is seeking its first Executive Assistant to work side by side with the three founders in London and NYC. Your role is high-trust, protecting their time, keeping priorities moving and making the company feel sharper in day-to-day operations.

Plans change hourly, and you’ll help decide how time is spent. You’ll set up meetings with enterprise customers, investors and partners, plan founder travel globally, manage founder inboxes, and ensure follow-ups.
