Senior Care Assistant: Lead a Compassionate Care Team

HC-One Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence, while building strong relationships with residents and their families.

You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, participate in activities, and ensure accurate records are kept.
