CBT Training ProvidedSalary: 26,728 per annum | 12.85 per hour + 8 per day mobile shift allowanceHours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7Location: Belfast
Don’t hold a CBT licence yet? We’ll pay for you to get one.
We’re recruiting Traffic Attendants to patrol Belfast on a moped/scooter. If you’re not already licensed, full CBT training is funded as part of your training. So, the main thing we need from you is the right attitude, not the licence. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you’ll be a visible, helpful presence in the local area, supporting safe and fair parking across our managed street parking and car parks.
What will you do?
In a typical shift you’ll be out on patrol by moped. Checking parking restrictions, issuing guidance where needed, and explaining clamping and fines clearly and calmly to members of the public. You’ll need to be positive, friendly, and at ease having those conversations face-to-face so strong customer service is just as important as your riding competence.
What’s on offer to you?
- Fully funded CBT training if you need it
- Full job training and ongoing aid provided
- Uniform, mobile phone and PPE supplied
- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Company pension
- Death in service benefit
What will you bring?
- Friendly, clear communicator who’s at ease dealing with the public
- Happy working outdoors in all weather
- Moped licence/CBT helpful but not required, we’ll train you
Our policy on the recruitment of ex-offenders is available upon request.
