Job Description:
Devon Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Deputy Head of Nursing to provide visible professional leadership across the Specialist Inpatient Mental Health, Learning Disability and Neurodiversity services. The post holder will work with ward managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality, trauma-informed care aligned with national standards and Trust strategy.
