Commercial Technology Lawyer (TMT Associate) at Leading International Law Firm
SSQ is recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm to expand its highly regarded TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) team in London. This is a full-time Associate role (2-5 PQE) focused on sophisticated commercial and technology work within a standalone practice.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2-5 Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Expertise: Experience in commercial contracts, technology transactions, and/or outsourcing.
- Attributes: Commercially minded, enjoys client interaction, and keen to take ownership of work.
- Preferred: Experience in advertising regulation (not essential).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advising major international businesses and technology companies on commercially significant projects.
- Handling complex commercial contracts, technology transactions, and digital transformation matters.
- Managing SaaS and cloud arrangements, software licensing, and AI-related legal issues.
- Leading major outsourcing projects across technology, retail, media, financial services, and consumer sectors.
