Senior Technical Support Engineer — SSO & API Debugging

Dataminr UK is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to own the support experience for our enterprise customers, from quick fixes to deep investigations across authentication, integrations and environments.

You will configure and troubleshoot SSO (SAML, OIDC), resolve login and access issues, debug alert deliveries across channels, and work with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve defects while documenting knowledge for the team.
