Community Nurse – Heart-Centred, Relationship Care (Nights)

EQ Care Group seeks a Registered Nurse for Willow Lodge in Redhill, working nights (8pm–8am) to support households with a heart-centred approach. The role focuses on continuity of care with dementia and complex needs, visiting households, and collaborating with teams to implement care plans.

Experience in community/district nursing is desirable. You will join a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance while delivering compassionate care in a home-like setting.
