Solihull HR Manager — Faith-Driven Global HR Lead

CV (Christian Vision) is seeking an HR Manager for the Solihull hub, to deliver HR services aligned with global standards and supported by the HRIS system. The role reports to the Head of HR and oversees payroll inputs, onboarding, appraisals, and local benefits.

Applicants should have CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and 5+ years’ experience in HR, with multi-site exposure and strong knowledge of local employment law, plus a practicing Christian status as required by CV.
