People & Culture Lead: HR Strategy, Compliance & Growth

Wren Academies Trust seeks an experienced HR, People and Culture Manager to lead the Trust’s HR and compliance functions across its academies. You will ensure policies and best practices are consistently applied, promoting a culture of accuracy and value.

You will own recruitment, onboarding, contracts, absence management, TUPE changes and annual leave, while providing strategic, compliant advice to senior leaders and aligning payroll with HR changes.
