ICG Real Estate is seeking an Associate to join the Real Estate Debt team in London. You will support origination, diligence, execution and monitoring of debt investments across Europe, with a focus on cross-border deals and sponsor relationships.
The role offers exposure to living, logistics and digital infrastructure assets, financial modelling and risk analysis, requiring 2-3 years of experience and fluency in English; French or German language skills are a plus.
