Project Manager | Leeds | £55k – £65k + Package
Looking for a Project Manager role where you can take ownership of your own projects, work directly with clients and oversee schemes from start to finish?
We’re recruiting for an established construction consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its Leeds team.
The business delivers project management and contract administration services across commercial, industrial, retail and refurbishment projects.
This is a client-side position, coordinating consultants and contractors rather than managing day-to-day site operations.
The Role;
- Manage construction projects from feasibility through to completion and handover
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project teams
- Oversee programmes, budgets, procurement and project delivery
- Monitor progress, identify risks and resolve issues
- Lead project meetings and provide regular client updates
- Support tender processes, contractor appointments and contract administration
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the required standards
What We’re Looking For;
- Experience as a Project Manager within construction, ideally client-side or consultancy
- Background in new build, refurbishment or fit-out projects
- Good understanding of the full construction project lifecycle
- Confident managing consultants, contractors and client relationships
- Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement and programming
- Comfortable overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant construction qualification; professional accreditation advantageous
