Senior Technical Support Engineer — Enterprise AI Platform

Dataminr is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in the United Kingdom to own the support experience for enterprise customers, from quick fixes to deep investigations across authentication, integrations and customer environments. You will handle cases from contact to resolution, with weekend on-call rotation.

You will work with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve defects and improve the knowledge base.
