Head Chef – Multi-Outlet Kitchen Leader

The Pomme d’Or Hotel, part of Seymour Hotels Ltd, is seeking a strong Head Chef to lead our kitchen across breakfast, restaurant, lounge and events. This senior role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional culinary skill and the ability to drive standards across a busy multi-outlet operation.

You will mentor chefs, manage food costs and collaborate with hotel management to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
