The New Inn, part of Young’s, is seeking a Head Chef Designate to craft seasonal menus and lead a kitchen in a community-focused pub near Ealing. You’ll write menus, source fresh produce, and drive quality and consistency across service.

This hands-on role requires inspiring leadership, strong communication, and the ability to design and cost menus, manage GP and labour, and deliver memorable dining experiences while growing the business.
