Commercial Manager, Healthcare Projects – Profit Sharing

Health Spaces is seeking a commercially astute Commercial Manager to take ownership of the commercial position on one or more complex healthcare projects. You will protect margin, manage contractual and financial risk, and provide clear reporting for confident decision-making.

Working closely with the Project Director, delivery teams and suppliers, you will oversee budgets, payments, variations and final accounts while coordinating with site teams and visiting project locations as needed.
