Formula 1 is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the HR team in Biggin Hill. The role will provide a high-level, generalist HR service to Leaders and Employees and partner with designated business areas to drive people plans.
You will advise on employment law, support a flexible workforce, and mentor the HR Coordinator and HR Advisor while contributing to HR projects and policy development. This is a full-time on-site role in the UK.
