Strategic Head of Contracts & Procurement | Public Sector

Morgan Law in London is seeking an experienced public sector procurement and contract management leader to own a diverse portfolio of contracts worth over £6m annually, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

You will establish a modern, data-led contract management function with governance, performance monitoring and reporting, and lead major procurement activity across leisure, greenspace and cultural services, delivering value for money and social value.
