Senior Clinical Project Manager – Oncology

Overview

In this role you lead full-service oncology trials from a CRO perspective, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, timelines and budget. You act as the primary client liaison, drive study delivery, and oversee all functional areas across global Phases I–IV. You contribute to proposal strategy, costing and bid defence, ensuring high-quality execution from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Lead full-service clinical projects across global and regional Phases I–IV in Oncology
• Oversee all functional departments and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, cost, and quality
• Serve as primary client point of contact; support proposals, client presentations and relationship management
• Manage study life cycle including protocol/doc reviews, budgets, site contracts, and inform consent forms
• Coordinate cross-functional study teams (data management, safety, biostatistics, clinical operations) to drive delivery
• Prepare status updates and define key deliverables and success metrics; escalate issues as needed
• Contribute to proposal strategy, development, costing, and bid defence
• Support international trial execution and travel as required

Key requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
• Extensive full-service/global PM experience in CRO
• Oncology trial experience
• GCP/ICH knowledge and clinical development process understanding
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• English fluency; strong presentation skills
• Proven computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and systems (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS)
• Proven ability to build positive internal and external working relationships
• Medical terminology and clinical trial activities understanding
