You will coordinate shipments, ensure service excellence with Customer Care Locations, and manage profitability through accurate costing and accruals. Responsibilities

• Allocate and link sales quotations to shipments after vessel sails
• Prepare and provide documentation for customs clearance
• Conduct daily ISR checks and manage discrepancies
• Retrieve carrier contract rates and ensure accurate cost entry and accruals
• Ensure correct gross profit on contracted freight and UK charges
• Monitor carrier and supplier performance and escalate issues
• Resolve operational, rate and performance discrepancies
• Maintain timely milestone updates within operational systems

Key requirements

• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes and sea logistics operations
• Working knowledge of customs requirements, shipment methods and Incoterms
