MEP Quantity Surveyor – Holborn

Overview

As an MEP Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, you will support commercial and procurement activities for mechanical and electrical packages across multiple projects. You’ll work within the head office in Holborn, partnering with project teams to manage costs, risks, and commercial outcomes. You will shape estimates, tender submissions, and subcontractor engagements to ensure value and alignment with project requirements. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to influence cost control and procurement across a varied portfolio in a central London setting. You will thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment and contribute to delivering complex builds on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• MEP estimating and cost planning for mechanical and electrical packages
• Tender preparation and analysis of subcontractor quotations and pricing
• Procurement and subcontractor management including quotations, pricing negotiation and scopes
• Contract drafting and administration of MEP subcontract agreements and purchase orders
• Commercial management and cost control across multiple projects, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variations assessment

Key requirements

• 3-6 years within a building services contractor
• Degree-level qualifications in a relevant field
• Based within a commutable distance of Holborn
