Overview
In this role you will lead design activities across the product lifecycle, partnering with product managers, analysts and developers to create high-quality UX/UI. You will promote design standards, contribute to a scalable design system, and ensure accessible, consistent experiences across products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate research into delightful interfaces and measurable impact. Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes and interactive experiences
- Apply design systems, accessibility standards and visual guidelines
- Create responsive experiences for desktop platforms
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Review completed features and provide design quality assurance
- Contribute to evolution of enterprise design systems and reusable components
- Promote UX/UI standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Support consistency across products and platforms
- Document design decisions and maintain design artifacts
Key requirements
- 5-8 years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Expertise with Figma and modern collaborative design tools
