Overview

As Real Estate Finance Associate in our Cheltenham team, you will support lenders and borrowers across a broad range of property-backed financings. You will work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, collaborating with Real Estate and Commercial colleagues to deliver end-to-end finance solutions. The role offers exposure to development finance, refinancing, and various property transactions, with opportunities to participate in business development and cross-referrals. You will be supported by a regional firm environment that values client relationships and technical excellence. Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ PQE
• Experience or exposure to real estate finance (or related commercial property work with REF elements)
• Strong drafting skills
• Confidence managing files with limited supervision
• Excellent client relationship skills and collaborative approach
