Overview
In this role you will support a leading real estate practice in Bristol by advising developers, housebuilders, promoters and landowners on residential development and strategic land matters. You’ll manage complex land-related transactions from inception to completion and help grow the client base across the South West property market. You will work with industry experts in a collaborative environment, contributing to high-quality work and career progression. This is a chance to shape significant residential and strategic land projects and drive business growth within a respected firm.
Responsibilities
- Advising developers, housebuilders, promoters, and landowners on residential development and strategic land matters
- Managing acquisitions, disposals, option agreements, promotion agreements, overage arrangements, and site assembly projects
- Leading day-to-day transactions while delivering commercially focused legal advice
- Building and strengthening client relationships across the South West property market
- Supporting business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities for growth
Key requirements
- 2+ years’ PQE with strong experience in residential development work
- excellent technical ability

- Experience handling strategic land transactions, affordable housing arrangements, infrastructure agreements, and complex development projects would be advantageous
