Residential Conveyancer – Milton Keynes

Overview

In this role you will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion within a long-established Buckinghamshire firm. You will work in a friendly, supportive and progressive environment as part of a busy team, helping clients through sales, purchases and re-financing matters. The position offers exposure to diverse proceedings including equity release, lifetime mortgages and Buy-to-Let, contributing to the firm’s growth. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction to completion
• Handle equity release and lifetime mortgages cases
• Oversee remortgaging and Buy-to-Let transactions
• Process transfers of ownership and transfers of equity

Key requirements

• minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• strong client care skills
