Responsibilities
- Lead structural modifications and high-quality design solutions to optimize cost, rate, and quality
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness standards and full integration of designs
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements to team capability and efficiency
Key requirements
- Industry-recognised Design Approval (Check) or the ability to obtain it quickly (Essential)
- For Senior roles: Design Approval (Check) and Authorisation or capability to obtain quickly (Essential)
- Strong ability to lead structural design processes and deliver optimized solutions
- Proven capability to translate investigations into integrated technical solutions meeting safety requirements
