Overview

As an Associate Consultant in Veeva’s Business Consultant Development Program, you embark on a structured 20-month journey to develop core consulting skills, domain expertise, and leadership foundations. You’ll join five practice areas (Analytics, Commercial, Content, R&D, Quality) and align to one to build targeted industry knowledge, collaborating on customer engagements to deliver high-impact business solutions. The program emphasizes rapid learning and value delivery, with an anticipated start in September 2027. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and leverage Veeva software and data to drive improvements, with travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, timelines)
• Collaborate with Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating models, processes, and business performance
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to derive tangible business and operational solutions
