Senior Shift Production Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead depot shift operations to ensure safe, on-time and cost-effective maintenance services. You will coach cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and delivery, and partner with planning, engineering and operations to meet service objectives. You’ll influence a culture of excellence in a safety-critical environment and contribute to Alstom’s mission of greener, smarter mobility.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to deliver maintenance services on time and within budget
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with manuals, safety standards, and procedures
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and operations to meet service objectives
• Foster strong leadership and communication across shift operations

Key requirements

• Proven track record in managing maintenance or production operations in a safety-critical environment
• Strong leadership skills with coaching and motivating diverse teams
• Solid understanding of mechanical or electrical systems and maintenance planning
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
