Test Engineer

Overview

In this role you will join a multi-skilled agile team to design, execute and advocate for functional manual and automated tests. You help ensure the delivered application software meets user needs while embracing new technologies and growth alongside talented colleagues. You will collaborate closely with developers to secure comprehensive testing coverage and communicate findings to stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional manual and automated tests within an agile team
• Collaborate with developers to ensure coverage across unit, integration, and other layers
• Create and maintain test artifacts such as defects, scripts, and reports
• Provide clear, actionable test results and defect reports
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes
• Identify undocumented requirements through testing and flag risks impacting quality

Key requirements

• Experience in manual testing (including exploratory)
• Experience working with developers to ensure testing layers have adequate coverage (unit and integration)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients/users/stakeholders
• ISTQB – Foundation Level
