SAP Delivery Lead – Consultant/Associate Manager/Manager

Overview

As an SAP Delivery Lead at Accenture, you guide and coach a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver SAP solutions aligned with client needs and budgets. You work across onshore and offshore locations, building strong client relationships to ensure value and successful outcomes. You lead SAP program delivery from blueprint to post-go-live support, balancing scope, deadlines, and resources. This role offers exposure to large-scale SAP programs, with opportunities to shape delivery strategy and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery including blueprint, build, test and go-live support
• Plan and manage budgets, scope, timelines and resources for SAP projects
• Co-operate with onshore and offshore teams and manage multi-vendor/hybrid delivery
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Drive revenue management and control costs (Cost-to-Charge Ratio) for engagements
• Navigate different delivery lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile) across multiple phases
• Provide leadership and clear communication to explain complex solutions
• Identify opportunities for new business development within clients and contribute to asset development

Key requirements

• 10+ years of SAP experience across multiple functional areas
• Proven track record delivering large SAP programs with non-T&M commercial models
• Strong project management skills and ability to control scope, timelines and resources
• Experience in revenue management and forecasting, with CCI% familiarity
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile in various delivery phases
• Senior stakeholder management and ability to manage customer satisfaction
• Experience leading multi-vendor or hybrid delivery teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to work in international/multicultural environments
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• S4/HANA experience is highly desirable
