Overview

As a Residential Property Partner at a top-tier West End firm, you will lead and manage a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales, remortgages, and transfers of equity, collaborating with Partners and a skilled support team. You will maintain high-end client relationships and work with established estate agents, with a clear track toward equity in a growing firm. This role offers hands-on client work, exposure to ambitious growth, and a strong pathway to partnership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture. You will help shape a leading residential property practice within a expanding firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad spectrum of residential property matters (freehold/leasehold sales, remortgages, transfers of equity)
• Work closely with Partners and a dedicated support team to deliver high-quality client service
• Engage directly with clients and high-end estate agents, handling relationships and expectations
• Contribute to business development and growth strategies within a growing, entrepreneurial firm
• Support and possibly mentor junior team members to maintain a strong, collaborative practice

Key requirements

• 10+ years PQE in residential property
• Senior-level client-facing capability with strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client/agent relationships
• Mentoring experience is a plus
