Product Owner

Overview

In this role, you will lead product discovery, define and deliver features across AI, HighQ, and Microsoft Power Platform initiatives within the ITSE team. You’ll represent end users, shaping roadmaps and coordinating cross-functional work to meet business goals in a hybrid Bristol setup. You’ll partner with international teams to drive innovation and ensure robust UAT, demos, and training support after releases. This is a chance to influence technology-driven legal services and scalable product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements gathering for new work requests and ideas
• Generate user stories and oversee end-to-end product delivery from ideation to deployment
• Act as voice of the client/end user to keep needs central in development
• Create and manage product development roadmaps
• Act as Product Owner across multiple products/tech stacks (AI, HighQ, Power Platform in future)
• Oversee UX/UI workload and alignment with other initiatives
• Provide stakeholder support for the OC Solutions (OCS) build centre queries
• Conduct demos and produce training materials after releases
• Review and feedback on test scripts and address development team questions daily
• Lead UAT with thorough second-round testing beyond light-touch practices
• Collaborate with international teams (German team) across OCS, AI
• Lead sprint execution, resource optimization, and delivery timelines
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and ensure clear communication
• Design and support a service framework enabling innovation and AI initiatives
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for ITSE to support AI/technology projects
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships; translate feedback into service improvements
• Champion agile practices and track key performance metrics
• Identify emerging ITSE themes and allocate consultancy time for problem understanding
• Encourage creativity and experimentation within ITSE
