Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Lead Software Engineer, London area, owning a key product area and directing its architecture and engineering strategy while remaining hands-on in building complex software. You will influence technical decisions, mentor peers, and ensure delivery of production-grade systems. This is a leadership role that blends technical ownership with active coding and system design. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape the product’s direction and leverage AI-assisted development practices to deliver impact.

Responsibilities

• own and shape the architecture and technical direction of a key product area

Key requirements
