Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements focused on commercial technology transformation for Life Sciences clients
• Define and implement technology strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders through complex technology-enabled transformations
• Bring EY thought leadership and best practices to drive commercial effectiveness and growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver innovative, tailored solutions
• Support change management to embed technology-driven culture within client organizations
• Contribute to solution development and oversee proposal quality for technology-led transformations
• Mentor and develop high-performing, collaborative teams

Key requirements

• Experience in Life Sciences consulting or industry with understanding of commercial landscape from business and technology perspectives
• Proven track record of managing engagement teams and client relationships
• Expertise in commercial transformation technologies, data analytics, and major CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce)
• Ability to design operating models and organizational structures for technology functions
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in Life Sciences
