Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Bias

Overview

In this role you will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building services, ensuring work is completed on time and to required quality. You will work with site teams to support safe, efficient delivery and improve contract profitability. You will manage contractor activities and maintain compliance records as part of an integrated service delivery. Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems
• Ensure all reactive works orders and PPMs meet contract SLAs & KPIs
• Contribute to efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability through service delivery
• Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks
• Undertake contractor control duties, monitoring workmanship and standards
• Support the site supervisor in delivering contracted services safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards
• Provide callout response as per the callout rota

Key requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Current, valid driving licence
• NVQ, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services with maintenance experience
• Knowledge of safety documentation and site safety procedures
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent
• Understanding of First Aid
• IT-literate with basic Excel and Microsoft products
