Overview

Join Everpure as a Proposal Tools Analyst to unify disparate sales tools into a single, trusted platform. You will map current tools, capture data and requirements, and guide retirements to minimize field disruption. Your work enables standardized proposals, business cases, and RFPs, aligning with the Apollo programme’s goal of a cohesive, data-driven toolkit. You’ll collaborate across product, sales enablement, and IT to deliver a proven, end-to-end solution that scales with the business.

Responsibilities

• Document tool scope, data sources, users, and logic for each existing tool.
• Create a unified set of system requirements for the build team.
• Coordinate retirement planning with tool owners and ensure field coverage.

Key requirements

• Experience delivering system requirements for business-facing platforms, including tool consolidation or retirement.
• Product management experience, preferably as a product owner.
• Strong elicitation and stakeholder management to handle reluctant tool owners.
• Ability to reverse-engineer and document tools with limited documentation.
• Solid requirements skills including traceability and change control.
• Experience in a sales organization and familiarity with Salesforce and CPQ.

• Strong communication and written clarity for executives and engineers.
• Credibility to challenge requests and advocate for readiness to retire tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem solving.
