Real Estate Associate – Cheltenham

Overview

As Real Estate Associate, you support a Cheltenham-based team handling a broad mix of commercial and real estate work. You will work closely with investors, developers and occupiers to deliver premium, responsive service across landlord and tenant matters, leases, and investment transactions. The role offers a collaborative, inclusive environment with cross-border collaboration within UK and international offices. You will develop your career in a collegiate, well-regarded team and engage in residential and regeneration development projects where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of commercial and real estate transactions (leasehold and freehold), including landlord and tenant matters, leases, investments, disposals, and portfolio deals.
• Build and sustain client relationships with investors, developers and occupiers to provide responsive, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across UK and international offices to deliver coordinated deals and solutions.
• Contribute to a collegiate, team-focused environment and develop expertise in residential and regeneration development when applicable.
