Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth discovery to capture complex business requirements across Engineering, Support, and Quality
• Validate commitments of Functional Architects and Urbanists with Business stakeholders and support IT Product Manager in service planning
• Manage end-to-end realization of IT solutions within SAFe, including specs, delivery follow-up, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with project managers to roll out solutions across multinational sites and support user ramp-up
• Ensure alignment between Product Management, development, and software publishers; lead Task Forces and escalation when needed

Key requirements

• Proven experience in functional architecture, project management, or solution engineering
• Knowledge in Design, Manufacturing, Support and Services domains or related fields
• Customer and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of IT tools customizing, IT strategy alignment, and IT product design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Ability to lead a project from start to finish
